You can reschedule to the next available slot up to 24hrs before your appointment, but due to demand please be aware that this may be over 4 weeks later. We will offer you a full refund if you wish to cancel provided you tell us not less than 24hrs prior to the date of your booking. Any cancellation after this time will only be refunded (whether in whole or in part) at our sole discretion.
