REFUNDS:

For hygiene reasons we cannot offer exchanges or refunds for razors, combs, brushes, scissors, and cosmetic products. Cosmetic products include, but are not exclusive to, shampoo, hair styling products (pomade, clay, cream, paste) beard oil, beard balm, beard wash, beard conditioner, beard & moustache wax, shave oil, shave soap, bath wash and shower gel.

We also cannot offer refunds of fragrances if the original packaging has been removed.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

RETURNS:

For hygiene reasons we cannot offer exchange or refunds for returns for the products detiailed above.

If your ordered goods are returned to us undelivered because you provided us with an incomplete or an incorrect address, or because your order was returned to the delivery agents' office (if you weren't in for example) and you failed to collect it from them, we will only re-send your ordered goods once you have paid our re-posting fee.
