Created following a drunken conversation between the two founders about distilling mushrooms, Umami is as mad as they come.  A savoury gin combining  Shiitake Mushrooms, Sun Dried Tomatoes, Honeyed Butternut Squash, Rosemary and Pink Peppercorn.  This is a dinner party Gin, designed to stand up as a food pairing. Serve with lashings of Mediteranean Tonic or Tomato Juice for a new twist on a Bloody Mary.

Made in ridiculously small batches in the South Downs, Hampshire. Corner 53 push the boundaries of everything you thought you knew about gin.
Full of flavour but never sticky sweet, they make fantastic bases for cocktails or a flavour packed G&T.
